Account Executives
Responsibilities:
1. Solicit businesses for Merchant Services processing
2. Assure the profitable pricing of Merchant Relationships
3. Meet established bankcard and POS goals
4. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as needed
5. Remain knowledgeable in all phases of Merchant training and operational processes
Candidate Requirements:
1. Knowledge of bankcard industry and sales a plus; paid training is available
for motivated individuals
2. Exceptionally strong communication, interpersonal, sales, and networking skills
3. Comfortable with "cold calling" and door-to-door sales
4. Strong Time Management skills.
5. Ability to work independently with efficiency
6. Leadership ability
7. Computer literate
8. Having a car is a plus as this is a primarily mobile job.
National Account Executives
Responsibilities:
1. Call on and sell to National Accounts within territory and meet established quotas
2. Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals utilizing consultative selling - via phone, fax, and email
3. Establish relationships with vendors to generate new business
Lead Specialists
Candidate Requirements:
1. Knowledge of bankcard industry a plus, but training is available
to motivated individuals.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
3. Very comfortable with "cold calling"
4. Strong Time Management skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment- as well as independently
6. Computer literate
BAMS offers competitive compensation based upon both experience and performance. Positions are available on a salary plus commission and commission only basis.
