1. You acknowledge by continuing that you understand and agree to the following: that the discount rate as stated above will be charged on all electronically authorized bankcards settled daily (qualified cards);

2. All bankcard transactions that do not meet the requirements stated in number 1 above may be charged up to 2.19% higher than the qualified discount rate. Visa/MasterCard business transactions may be charged up to 2.19% above the qualified rate as these transactions carry a significantly higher cost to us as well.

Please complete the application and either fax it back to us at: 888-635-6195 or email it to: applications@bams.com along with a void business check for where you want your funds deposited. Once we receive your signed application, one of our Senior Technical Representatives will be in touch with you to instruct you on how to begin processing with your new BAMS Merchant Account.
