BAMS Lowest Price Guarantee
As a major wholesale distributor of Merchant Services in the Payment Services Industry, Bank Associates Merchant Services takes great pride in the low prices and great values we offer our customers. We work hard to ensure that our product selection, product availability, reliable service and delivery, and superior customer service work together to create a great shopping experience. We also want our customers to feel confident that Bank Associates Merchant Services consistently offers great savings. For this reason, we offer our Low Price Guarantee.
If you find equipment priced at or below the total price you paid with BAMS (product price plus shipping and handling) anytime during the length of your merchant agreement with BAMS (typically 3 years) we will match the total price or gladly refund the difference. If you are offered a merchant account with a fee schedule lower than your agreement with BAMS, we will gladly match or beat the offer.
You are eligible for a price-match or refund if your request meets the following conditions:
- Comparisons MUST include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
- Comparisons MUST be from a registered financial service provider with credentials displayed clearly on their website, application and marketing materials.
- Comparisons of merchant account fee schedules must be provided on official paperwork.Websites and proposals will not be accepted or considered for merchant account fee price-matches.
- Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.
- Please be aware that Bank Associates Merchant Services does not accept price-match requests for re-manufactured, re-furbished or counterfeit products.
