Role Overview
- $65,000 W2 base salary + uncapped commission with bi-weekly direct deposit through Paychex
- First-year employees can typically earn $85,000 — all training is provided by BAMS
- 100% remote position, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Eligibility for company benefits including medical and company-matching 401(k)
- Make phone calls, send emails and text messages to build interest with new clients
- Perform daily sales tasks through IRIS CRM using a USB headset
- Must have a stable internet connection and be authorized to work in the United States
