2020 Letter from the President

2020 Letter from the BAMS President

Dear Valued Clients,

This year is coming to an end and I would like to take a moment to thank you for your business and continued trust in 2020. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, BAMS has taken every step possible to ensure that our clients are able to continue to accept payments safely.

The support team at BAMS has always been a geographically distributed workforce with cloud-based tools driving our critical business infrastructure, and BAMS was well-prepared for scenarios where the safety of our staff and the public necessitated us to work remotely. We have provided a consistently high level of service to our clients. Thank you for your continued trust in BAMS!

As we look forward to 2021, recent news of a vaccine has provided us with glimmers of hope that we may soon enough be able to put COVID-19 behind us. Until then, I want to remind you of the available payment acceptance options that BAMS is able to provide to your business to help keep you, your customers and employees safe.

For remote teams, BAMS offers virtual terminal options which will allow you to accept payments anywhere through a web browser or shopping cart system. A virtual terminal is a powerful tool that includes the ability to send invoices via email, enabling clients to enter their card information quickly and securely.

If you are open for in-person business and seeing customers, BAMS provides a variety of contactless hardware which allows your customers to tap-and-go — reducing the need for touching your payment processing devices and spreading germs.

Lastly, if you are unsure about your payment acceptance options or you have questions about contactless processing, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, please give us a call at 866-510-2267 or email support@bams.com. Our team of payment professionals will gladly review all of the value-added features supported by BAMS with you.

We are dedicated to helping your business grow in any way that we can and I wish you, your immediate and extended families happiness, success and good health during this holiday season and in the upcoming year.

Happy Holidays,

Dimitri Akhrin
