Parrot Sports Gear is a BAMS customer and a long-time Bellbrook, Ohio-based business. Parrot has been in business for 26 years, and they take a lot of pride in both the products they sell at their store and online, as well as the customer service their staff provides during every customer interaction.

Parrot primarily sells swimming team equipment, with their customers mostly purchasing swim gear for summer swim leagues, high school swim teams, year-round swim teams, and competitive swimming.
Holly was a competitive swimmer in high school, but couldn’t find the products she desired in the current marketplace. Kim Massie, Holly’s mother, started the business along with another “swim mom”, Ione Parrott, in order to provide better customer service for local swimmers and swim teams.
Ione retired after several years in business, and when Holly graduated from college she joined the team. Kim and Holly now run Parrot Sports full-time as a mother-daughter duo.
Over the course of 26 years in business, Parrot Sports has used several different payment processors. According to Holly, BAMS is the best.

In addition to swim gear, Holly and the Parrot team also manage Parrot Promo Essentials, a business that provides custom silkscreen, embroidery, and promotional items. Parrot Promo Essentials has a range of customers, from large corporations to small businesses and everything in between.
