2020 Letter from the BAMS President
Last Updated on October 13, 2026 by Dimitri Akhrin
Dear Valued Clients,
This year is coming to an end, so I want to take a moment to thank you for your business and continued trust in 2020. I am sharing this 2020 letter from the BAMS president to look back on the year with you. Since COVID-19 began, BAMS has taken every step possible so our clients can keep accepting payments safely.
How BAMS Supported Clients in 2020
The support team at BAMS has always worked from many locations. Cloud-based tools also run our critical business systems. Because of this, BAMS was well prepared when the safety of our staff and the public meant we had to work remotely. We kept a high level of service for our clients all year. Thank you for your continued trust in BAMS!
As we look ahead to 2021, news of a vaccine gives us hope that we may soon put COVID-19 behind us. Until then, I want to remind you of the payment acceptance options BAMS offers. These tools also help keep you, your customers and employees safe.
Safe Payment Options in the 2020 Letter from the BAMS President
For remote teams, BAMS offers virtual terminal options. A virtual terminal lets you accept payments anywhere through a web browser or shopping cart system. You can also send invoices by email, so clients can enter their card details quickly and securely.
If you are open for in-person business, BAMS offers a range of contactless payment devices. Your customers can tap and go, which means less touching of your devices and less spreading of germs.
Do you have questions about contactless processing, Apple Pay or Google Pay? Then please call us at 866-510-2267 or email support@bams.com. Our team of payment professionals will gladly walk you through all the value-added features BAMS offers.
We are dedicated to helping your business grow in any way we can. So I wish you, your immediate and extended families happiness, success and good health this holiday season and in the new year. Thank you for reading my 2020 letter from the BAMS president.
Happy Holidays,
Dimitri Akhrin

President
